aajili reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, money laundering, or any violation of these Terms.
aajili supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers to and from BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted where available.
All transactions on the aajili Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts are subject to the payment method selected and will be displayed at the time of withdrawal request.
Deposits are generally credited to your aajili wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. aajili is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or banking system maintenance.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. aajili makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.
aajili reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, regulatory requirements, or commercial decisions.
Upon termination of your account for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in your aajili wallet will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable verification procedures.
Where an account is terminated due to breach of these Terms — including fraud, multi-accounting, or prohibited conduct — aajili reserves the right to forfeit all balances, including both deposited funds and bonus funds, and to pursue any available legal remedies.
You may close your aajili account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The aajili Platform operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations, including those administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to aajili's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Republic of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.
You agree that any claim or cause of action arising from your use of the aajili Platform must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or be forever barred.
aajili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, aajili will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will be effective immediately upon posting unless a later effective date is specified.
Your continued use of the aajili Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
